Hi there!

Please note that when booking your Quintessential appointment, a hold for the amount of your requested service will be placed on your credit/debit card. We do this to be certain that you are serious about booking with us and to ensure that there are appointments available when you need them.  Once we have established a relationship with one another, you will no longer need to leave a deposit.

Cancellations require 24-hour advance notice for a full refund. No shows will be charged $25.
